I have worked in the recruitment industry for well over a decade. I started in-house within an exec search firm, scaling the business as a Consultant and then as a Sales Manager. Before exiting that organisation to launch my own consultancy business, supporting thousands of recruitment leaders across the globe since. Working with start ups all the way up to 8-9 figure revenue generating businesses.
